My Uses of Psychotropic Medicine and Marijuana Effects
by frankiespeakin infor several years now i have been using many natural plants to reach altered states of consciousness, one of my hopes was to start up my kundalini energy at the bass of my spine and up thru the various chakras, i think i have accomplished it but have no idea of where it ends, but it is somewhere out of cultural programing and beyond!.
anyway i quit pot for a while because my eyes would keep rolling up in the back of my head and i think my kundalini energy was only reaching up to my heart chakra and i would get blow away with compassion for suffering things animals, trees, people it really cut me down and zapped my energy,,so i quit for a couple months, and just started again very recently,, right now i don't get the eyes rolling back in the head thank god it is so embarrassing.. i think it may have been caused by really good yoppo i bought on ebay from yugoslavia or what ever one of those countries cheap but potent.
i was having the most powerful dreams even for weeks after relived memories coming out of nowhere all the time..

Ditto. Kudos to the creative minds behind that. Great casting, too. I wonder if Old Spice put up a fight or if they just let the professionals do their jobs. It can be a tooth and nail battle to get clients to sign off on irreverent and/or innovative ideas.

"Rob, as has been pointed out,
an innocent man inside the building was killed
and two were seriously injured. The damage to the building looks to be massive. The other people inside the building, including the wife of the innocent victim, will carry this trauma for the rest of their lives.
Why not a little righteous indignation?"
Reposted for Robdar who keeps insisting no one died.

I haven't yet, but I plan to buy it. I've read some of his online interviews with musicians and writers and he's really good. His book got a mention in this month's Vanity Fair - thought that was cool and hope it boosts his sales.

Damn, this sounds like so much fun. I don't think I would've stopped at the electronics section. Why does there have to be a reason? Haven't you ever just wanted to smash something? Or shoot at someone's feet as they're running through the desert?

Need some support
by ~Jen~ ini don't post very often but i'm in need of some support.. i left my husband and the jw's back in the summer.
we have 3 kids and have joint custody of them.. i've spoken to my family once - back in the fall and it was a great conversation - my parents (dad is an elder) said that they just wanted me to be happy however that is.. last week i got a voicemail from my mom saying that she loved me and thought about me every day.
i was so happy.

"It was the only way you knew how to leave your relationship, was it? Why not simply leave? That's one way I can think of."
Quillsky, what if she wanted a "Scriptural" divorce? Growing up as an elder's daughter, I can't count how many times my dad was called out late at night by a JW stalking their ex, trying to catch them in adultery, so they could be free to remarry. It's a sad fact of this silly religion that you can't just leave cleanly without causing or experiencing pain, not a marriage and not the religion as a whole.

Watchtower cleans out Kingdom Hall Library's ...
by RR inlast night i got a call from a chap in the uk, who recently left the jw's.
he wanted to compare notes with his us counterparts.. he said that a few years ago, (i think about 2 years ago) the society cleaned out all the literature from every kingdom hall, particularly russell and rutherford books and anything prior to 1950. giving each hall a computer with the watchtower cd rom for them to use for research.
he wanted to know if the same was done in the states.

I buy up the old stuff wherever I can find it, usually at estate sales, and resell it for a profit on ebay. It's wanted by both JWs and non-JWs. The JWs sometimes try to witness to me when they buy it. I've had to come up with a generic, nonthreatening line to use so they'll continue as my customers.
My latest find was a box full of Consolation magazines from the 1930s that I bought for $2. There's a lot of political stuff in them, including swastikas on several covers.

GETTING SUCKED IN? Ask the right questions to get the right answers.
by Terry init is too easy to get sucked in to the wrong argument at the wrong time.. asking the wrong question leads to the wrong answer.
a wrong answer does nobody any real good.. i once had a heated discussion with an old friend who is still an active jehovah's witness.. he came back at me with this:.
"okay, then--if jehovah's organization is a false religion, where is the true one?

bttt, because this deserves a response.
"Perry, the Christian decides to believe on Jesus Christ? No.....it is the wretch who decides BEFORE conversion. That is my point.
The worthless sinner somehow makes this decision? This is not a wretch-like decision is it?
I asked the question of you:
Is it not logical that:
1. A real wretch (worthless sinner) would want an unearned free ticket from condemnation rather than justice (getting what he deserved.)
2. Logically then, the wretch comes up with his own plan: God gives him UNDESERVED GRACE!
Where does the decision to believe in Jesus Christ come from but a desire for unearned pardon? A wretch has no basis for faith or belief in and of himself. Logically then---the GRACE must be his delusional answer to his problem of death and judgement.
I asked you clearly: Is this not logical?"
